Note:  Like the French edition of The Hypothetical Gentleman, this was the subject of a crowdfunding campaign via the site “MyMajorCompany” (basically a European version of Kickstarter) from April to July 2015. Backers raised a total of €4,300 (beating the €4,000 target) allowing the publication to go ahead.
