Note:  This was the only ever Doctor Who-related release in the doomed HD-DVD format. The BBC still decided to still go ahead with it, despite HD-DVD already having lost the high-definition “format war” to Blu-ray earlier in 2008 — meaning this was one of the very last ever commercial HD-DVD releases anywhere in the world.
