Despite the “annual” name, this is essentially a graphic novel and hence is categorised on this site accordingly.
Like the previous year’s IDW Annual 2010, this 48-page softback graphic novel is from an American publisher, hence why it doesn’t use the British naming convention & isn’t called the “2012” annual.
The 4 stories in this annual were later republished as part of the graphic novel It Came From Outer Space and the compilation The Girl Who Waited, The Boy Who Lived.
